This minor version update comes with a number of changes and updates:

• Reports

  There are several new reports and many of the existing reports have been updated and/or revised.
  • Placement Report
    This report has been completely revamped and will provide much more detail into the placement than the previous version of the report. This report takes the place of the former Placements Dashboard under the My Stats area so at the bottom it also has the Candidates Pending Guarantee Period report. New to this report is a Report Summary section providing further insight into the data contained in the report.
    
    
  • Hot Sheets Report
    The Hot Sheets report has been reworked completely to enhance the data provided on each position and provide further insight into the performance of the positions on each user's hot sheet. In addition, a summary banner across the top gives users a high-level overview of their hot sheets.
    
    
  • Job Orders Report
    This report has taken the place of the former Job Orders Dashboard under the My Stats area. The top part of the report is a basic listing of job orders and the bottom provides further details including a map of the job orders contained in the report.
    
    
  • Send Outs Report
    This report replaces the Send Outs Dashboard in the My Stats area. It provides a basic listing of send outs data plus a general summary of the data at the bottom of the report.
    
    
  • Job Orders Aging ReportThis report is specific to open job orders only and provides insight into the aging of job orders.
    
    
  • Office Summary ReportThis new report provides office-level insights into Goals versus Achievements, Ratios and comparisons, similar to some of the metrics found on the My Stats page. The main feature of this report is the ability to perform year-over-year comparisons on metrics and ratios.
    
    
  • Year Over Year Summary
    This report provides summary data on key metrics: Billing, Cash In, Job Orders and Send Outs. The charts are flexible and can compare any calendar year with data to any other calendar year.
    
    
  • Updated Reports
    The following reports have been updated to make them more flexible but haven't changed visually much, if at all:
    • Resumes Presented Report
    • Split Placements Report
      
      

• Admin Dashboard

  The Admin Dashboard area has been updated to make placements easier to review and edit and also the Admin home page has been updated.
