This update contains many fixes to minor issues submitted by users but also has three major feature updates: Teams, Record Holders and Past Due Invoice Reminders.


Profile Module

  • Fixed the display of goals in the Profile feature's charts.  They had trailing decimal points into the millions but now they will display correctly with up to 2 decimal points.
  • Added the goal amount to the Year Over Year Comparison Chart
  • Fixed the Billing by Company chart so that it will display split placements.  Previously, there was an issue where it wouldn't display any data if the user did not have a placement that was NOT a split.
  • Improved the loading speed of the page by converting the Annual Goals Progress Report to load after the page has loaded.  This greatly improved the amount of time necessary for HA to build the page.
  • Fixed the display of cash in numbers for PC and IR designations.  Previously, not all cash in amounts were being included in the total.


  • Teams Feature 
    One of the major development aspects of this release is the Teams feature of the Profile module.  This feature combines the stats of team members and provides a similar display of data to the user profile.  Users can select a team from the profile select page, as shown in the figure below.



 



Leaderboards

  • Fixed issue where clicking on someone's name in the Billing Leaderboard sent you to a bad link.  The code for this has been fixed and clicking on a user's name will now take you to their profile page.


  • Record Holders Feature
    This is an older feature of HA that has been refreshed with this update.  This feature allows firms to keep track of the record holders for billing and cash in for monthly, quarterly and yearly time periods.  This is for both individuals and teams.  
    • Report filters allow users to reduce the display of the record holders to what they're specifically looking for
    • Toggle switch gives users the ability to switch between the record holders and the Top 10 records
    • Activities Records area provides users with a Top 10 for all of the current activities recognized by the firm.  This feature can also be filtered by activity type(s) and time-frame (week, month, quarter, year).




Reports

  • Effort Scores User Dashboard Report: this report has been updated so that it loads much quicker and has less information.  It is now much easier to use.
    • Previously, placements made by PC or IR employees were not being counted correctly in the effort scores.  This has been resolved.
  • Hot Sheet Report
    • The email button has been fixed so that it sends the report as an attachment to the currently logged-in user.
    • Click-through functionality has been added to the data on the hot sheet report so you can now open the company, candidate or position details in a new tab
    • Click-through has been updated on the All Users Hot Sheet Summary report so that the details pages now open in a new tab rather than the current window the report is open in
    • Fixed the user select dropdown so it only contains active AE and PC users -- previously it had users in the list that did not belong there
  • Cash Out Report
    • This report has been updated to highlight when invoices are due and bring attention to past due invoices.



Placements Module

  • Updated this module to include the Split Notes field and also the Candidate Source field for the MRINetwork tab.  
  • Updated the placements list query so that ANY placement a user is involved in will show up in the list, not just the placements with the user's username associated with it.  For example, if user XYZ is the username associated with the placement but user TTY has a split on the placement, the placement for XYZ will still show up when TTY searches for his or h er placements.
  • Invoice Past Due Reminder
    A reminder will now be automatically sent out to clients when an invoice is 10 days or more past due.  This feature will check every 10 days after the initial reminder and send another reminder if the invoice has not been paid.  This can be turned off by admins using the invoice email settings configuration.



The Past Due Reminders feature runs every day at noon Eastern Time which should be enough time for most tenants to get cash applied to placements that are past due before the reminder automatically goes out.


Admin Dashboard

  • Dashboard
    • The Admin Dashboard has been redesigned and is now fully functional.  In previous releases this Dashboard was underdeveloped and did not completely work.
    • There is now a counter in the Most Recent Placement card that will show how many days have passed since the last placement was added to HA.


  • Users
    • This area of the Admin Dashboard has been updated to be more in line with other module admin features within HA, including separating active users and inactive users into separate tabs
  • Teams
    • This is a new feature added to the users module for this release.  There is now a Teams admin section within the users module where admins can configure teams, assign team leaders and members and mark teams active or inactive.
  • Invoice Settings
    • Added the ability to turn the Past Due Reminders feature on/off.  
    • Added the ability to turn read receipts for external emails on/off.
