The major points of this update are a major upgrade to the Personal Bests Feature, improvements to the effort scores framework and the new Invoice Validation feature of the Placements module.


Leaderboards

  • The Cash Out Leaderboard was not accounting for discounts.  This has been fixed.




My Stats

  • The Comparison feature of the My Stats module was not working properly.  The charts were not loading.  This has been fixed.
  • There have been some minor design updates to the My Stats module such as adding icons to the buttons in some of the features to provide continuity with the rest of the app.  
  • Parts of this module did not flex properly with different screen sizes and this has been updated to make this module more responsive to different screens.

  • Personal Bests Feature
    This feature has been vastly improved with this update and is now completely automated.  From the My Stats area, users will be able to see personal best history and view the awards given for achieving each personal best.  In addition, as users achieve new personal bests an email is sent out that contains a PDF of the award.

Chipboard

  • Fixed the display of chips when goals haven't been hit.  Previously, placement chips were showing as list items with bullet points.  This has been resolved.
  • Updated the framework of the effort scores so that interviews after the 3rd interview are now counted toward the user's effort score.  Previously, only first, second and third interviews were counted.
  • Improved the Effort Scores details area so that you can now review 2nd Send Outs and 3rd+ Send Outs details (lists the candidates out).
    • Now all send outs are visible by clicking on the number for the corresponding metric.





Placements

  • Invoice Validation: added a new feature that allows users to validate the details of an invoice so that admins know that it's okay to send out to a client.  When a user validates an invoice a notification is sent out to all users and the invoice admins and a history log entry is recorded stating which user validated the invoice details.  See Validating the Invoice Details for more details.
  • Improved the click-through on the placements list so it's more intuitive.  Clicking on anything except the Candidate Name, Company Name and Job Title will take you directly to the placement details page.  Previously, the only way to get to the placement details page was by using the View / Edit option in the Actions menu.
  • Added the ability to turn off the Past Due Reminder feature for an individual placement / invoice.  
  • Updated the external invoice emailing feature so that it now copies all Account Executives on the invoice email.  Previously, it only copied the invoice admins.
  • Added the ability to put multiple email addresses in the To field and added a carbon-copy (CC) field which also can accept multiple email addresses.  Prior to this update, admins could only send invoices externally to a single email address and CC was not available.





Reports

  • Hot Sheet Report
    • The framework behind this report has been updated to improve the loading speed of the hot sheet data.  See the Other Updates section for more details.

  • Cash Out Report
    • Fixed an issue where the due date was being reported wrong and was always set to 30 days past the start date, regardless of when the invoice was due in HA
    • Clicking on a name, company or position was not working and would bring users to a "page not found" error.  This has been fixed and clicking on the candidate's name, the company or the job title will now take you to the View Placement screen in a new tab/window.
    • The option of grouping by month has been added to the Group By menu.




Admin Dashboard

  • Settings
    • The global setting for candidate source and it's dependent framework has been updated to allow for flexibility in the field used by the API for the candidate's source.
      • For PCR tenants that use EEO Source as their candidate source tracking, you can now leave this setting blank and HA will use the EEO Source field by default.  
      • Entering a value in this setting will override this default and the API will then use your custom field for candidate source instead.
    • Goals Settings 
      • This page has been revamped to make it easier to use.
    • Effort Scores Settings 
      • This page has been revamped to make it easier to use.
    • Invoice Settings
      • A new option has been added for configuring how the invoice Due Date is calculated.  Previously, it was calculated based on the terms and Start Date of the candidate.  Now, admins have the ability to change this so that the due date is based on the invoice date instead.  The default is still Start Date.
  • Personal Bests Module
    • A module configuration area has been added for Personal Bests.  This means that all settings for this module have been moved to this area and are no longer found in the general Settings module.  
    • Admins have the ability to now completely customize all areas of the Personal Bests feature including turning email notifications on/off.

  • Users
    • Goals
      The user goals area has been completely revamped to make it much easier to generate and calculate goals for individual users no matter how many years of experience or data the user has in HA.

  • Position Notifications Feature
    • This new feature will send a notification email to a user and HA admins when a position has reached a certain age without resumes presented and/or interviews.  
    • Admins can configure the number of days before a notification is sent out and can also configure the interval between notifications. 
      • The default for positions with no resumes is 30 days and the default for positions with no interviews is 60 days
      • The default interval between notifications is 5 days.
    • This new feature can be turned on/off by admins but the default is ON.  




Other Updates

  • The interviews API with PCRecruiter has been updated so that it will now pull the candidate's source from PCR and store it with the interview.  
    • As part of this, the framework behind the Hot Sheet Report has been updated so that it will only do an API call for the candidate source if there is no value in the interviews table.  
    • This will improve the loading speed of the Hot Sheet Report.
  • Updated the Candidate Details page so that it works more with the improved framework of HA and also fixed the click-through on the Interviews area. Previously, clicking on the company name in the interviews section led to an error.  This has been resolved.
  • The Company details page has been updated so that certain aspects are now working and/or have been improved.  This includes the placements map and the Year Over Year Comparison.  Both are now fully functional and displaying data correctly.
  • The login page has been updated so that it displays the logo of the tenant.  Previously, the logo was a static hireneXus logo.
  • Update the activities API so that it will now pickup activities from companies, names AND positions based on the settings in the Activities Mapping area of the Admin Dashboard.  Prior to this update, custom activities could only be recorded to name records to be picked up by HA.
