While HA will automatically associate some placements together, including fall offs and fee adjustments, there may be instances where you need to associate placement(s) with one another. This can be done manually through the Add Related Placement option in the Actions tab, as shown in the figure below.
When you click on the Select Placement(s) drop-down menu, you will be given the ability to select as many placements as needed from the list of all active placements. The list starts with the most recent placement and goes in descending order to the oldest placement in your HA.
| The list of placements will show the candidate name, position ID, placement date and the company. Clicking on an option will add it to the list of selected placements. In this example, we're associating 4 other placements with this one. Clicking save will manually link the placements together. To unlink a placement, simply uncheck it and click Save and the link will be severed. |  |
