To add a split send out, click on the Add Splits icon next to the pertinent interview, as shown in the figure above.

To begin, enter the Percent Credit for the Lead Account Executive.  Please note that the Lead Account Executive is the user who added the interview and this cannot be changed in HA.

For internal splits, check the box for Internal Split, as shown in the figure to the left. Then, select the user from the dropdown list and enter the Percent Credit for the selected user. To add additional users, click the Add More button, as pointed out by the purple arrow in the figure. Then repeat the process.. Please note that the total for Account Executive splits CANNOT exceed 100%. The split amounts do not have to be even among the users but the total cannot exceed 100. For example, if the Lead AE is getting 50%, but splitting the interview with 2 other users evenly, those two users should each have 25%, for a total of 100%.

When finished, simply click the Save button.   You will receive a confirmation prompt that the splits have been saved.

Project Coordinator & Internet Researcher Splits

Splits with PC's and IR's do not count toward the 100% for Account Executives and are each totaled separately.  Therefore, you can associate Project Coordinators and IR's to your positions without affecting split credit for AE's.  

In this example, we're associating a single PC with this interview.  However, just like with AE's, you can give split credit to multiple Project Coordinators by using the Add More button.  However, just as with AE's, PC credit cannot exceed 100%.

The process for Internet Researchers is identical except you must choose the Internet Research option instead of Project Coordinator.
