This version is bug fixes and design updates only. No new features or major changes.
Bug Fixes
- Standardized the queries that compile placement and billing data so that it is consistent across HA.
- Fixed the API so that when data is being tabulated for positions, it properly counts Total Candidates in the PCR position pipeline
- Updated the positions API so that anytime a position is changed, it triggers the function that updates the stats such as Total Candidates
- Hot Sheet Report
- Fixed the count of job orders for the previous week and also the list so that it contains split job orders.
- Fixed the Last Week's Effort Score function so that it pulls the proper score
- Leaderboards
- If there was no billing for the current calendar year but there was cash in, you couldn't select the current calendar year. This has been fixed.
- Profile / My Stats
- The billing total under the Billing by Company chart in the Profile module was not showing the correct amount. The query has been fixed so that it no longer excludes active fall off placements.
- Effort Scores
- Tabulation using points set for individual users was not working properly. This has been fixed and if an admin assigns point values for a specific user, those point values are now being used to calculate the user's Effort Score.
- Resumes Presented were not being calculated. This was a development issue and has been fixed for future updates.
- Split send outs were not being counted correctly for effort scores due to a grouping issue in the query that gathers the data. This has been fixed.
- Admin Dashboard
- Fixed issues with saving job order goals in the Users module
- Fixed an issue with Effort Scores Settings where new metrics could not be saved for individual users because the column didn't exist in the user effort scores table
- Fixed an issue where you couldn't save some settings in the Settings module.
Design Updates
- Profile Module
- Updated the Year Over Year Comparison chart area of the Profile module so that when a user selects previous years there is now a Year Over Year summary rather than Year to Date. Year to Date will only show if the current calendar year is selected in one of the dropdowns.
- The Year Over Year Comparison chart would sometimes display no trailing zeros or a very long, comma-separated decimal. This has been fixed so it will display decimals properly.
- Updated the Year Over Year Comparison chart area of the Profile module so that when a user selects previous years there is now a Year Over Year summary rather than Year to Date. Year to Date will only show if the current calendar year is selected in one of the dropdowns.
- Chipboard
- Updated the display of users so when you hover over a user's picture it displays their name
- Changed the background color of rookies from red to green and when you hover over a user that is a Rookie, it will say so next to their name.
- Reports
- Placement Report
- Standardized the framework behind this report to make it consistent with the rest of HA.
- Fixed the display of Resume Presented for the placed candidate so that if there was no resume presented activity recorded, HA will use the interview date. Prior to this update, it would display a large number like 18,684 when this would happen.
- Disabled the ability to run the report based on Date Range as this was not used
- Updated the report summary with Candidates and Average Resume stats and also separated the stats into two separate rows.
- Candidates is the total unique candidates in the placement report since this does not always equal the Placements value.
- When the report is run on All Users, the display of the report is more streamlined and doesn't contain all of the details the individual user report has

- Auction Module
- Updated the user interface for the Auction module so that admins can now enter auction items
- Created a bidding system for the auction giving admins the ability to do the auction entirely online
- Emails are sent to winners telling them how much money they have remaining and the purchase price of the item
- Users Module
- Updated the user goals calculator so that when the Goals Configuration dropdown is changed, HA will display the user's Average Placements, Average Billing and Average Cash In for the selected time period.
