Add New Compensation Plan

To create a bonus-based compensation plan, toggle the switch for Plan Type, as pointed out in purple in the figure to the left. The default, suggested values for Goal Calculation are Team Leader's Billing Goal and Quarterly. You can add up to 3 Goal Levels, as pointed out by the red arrow in the figure.
