This version contains some improvements to specific features based on feedback from our users.  In addition, while making these changes, we also updated a few other things "behind-the-scenes".

Leaderboards

• The Activities Leaderboard and Record Holders features are now located within the main leaderboards directory in HA.  Prior to this update, both features were considered a part of the Leaderboards module but were stored in their own directory, or folder.  This change brings this module up-to-date with other areas of HA.
• Record Holders
  This feature has been completely redesigned and is now fully-functional. As one of the oldest features of HA, it was in need of some major improvements to bring it up to the design and functional standards of other aspects of the app and with this update it is now a fully-functional feature. There is a toggle switch at the top that will allow users to switch between record holders and the Top 10 records and there is also an Activities Records section.

My Stats

• In conjunction with the Users module of the Admin Dashboard, this module has been updated to use the new static cash and billing goals.  Prior to this update, the billing goal was configured globally for the user, not by the year so there was no record of previous billing goals.  
  
  In addition, the cash/revenue goal was a moving target depending upon the user's receivables throughout the year.  This made it so the user could NEVER actually achieve their cash in goal.  This has been resolved with the update to the Users module goals feature.

Chipboard

• This module was overhauled "under the hood" so that future updates are much easier to manage and less likely to break the module.  
• The Resumes Presented chips have been updated so that if you click on them, they'll show resume presented details, just like placements and send outs.
  • The functionality behind this has also been fixed to that it only counts ACTUAL resumes presented.  For tenants that use the Resume section of the pipeline for something else, it was showing the activities regardless of configuration for the status of resumes presented.  This issue has been resolved.

Contests

• The Auction feature of this module has been updated behind the scenes to make it easier to make changes in the future.

Reports

• Accounting Reports
  All of the accounting-based reports have been updated.  The "Email Report" button has been replaced with a CSV download button.  This will be more useful than the emailed version of the report since that is simply a screenshot of the page.  
  
  
• Placement Stats Report
  This report has been updated with the ability to download an user-branded PDF report that can be shared with others.  There is a summary report download and a full report download that includes the placement details.  The example image below shows the summary report.

  • The Total User Goals area of the dashboard has been updated to work with the changes made to the Users Module goals feature.  
  • The Company Goals feature has had some minor design changes to improve the user experience.

• Placements Module

  • Sales Tax - NEW
    A new feature has been added to the Placements module that allows admins to configure when to charge service taxes on invoices.  The Admin module provides a settings area where admins can configure which state(s) to charge service tax for and the percentage of the tax.  The main area of this feature shows collected taxes and tax payments can also be added.  A corresponding report has been added to the Admin Dashboard Reports area.

  • The admin area of this feature has been updated to make editing and adding record holders much easier.  Admins can now search records and filter the results with ease.  Prior to this update, record holders were not editable and admins could not manually add new record holders.

• Users Module

  • The Users module has been completely updated to make it easier to use.  The users lists have been upgraded to the more familiar layout seen in other parts of HA.  Prior to this update, the lists were generated using an outdated framework.

  • All of the users lists can now be printed or downloaded as a PDF or CSV.  The printed and downloaded versions of the users lists will contain more information than is displayed on the screen making it useful for gathering user data.
    
    
  • All of the areas of the Users module have had design updates to make the pages more accessible on mobile devices.  Prior to this update, many aspects of the Users module were unusable on smaller screens.
  • Goals Feature
    The goals feature of the Users module has been completely updated so that admins can now record billing and cash in/revenue goals for each user for every calendar year.  Prior to this update, the billing goal was recorded at the user level and goal history for billing was NOT saved.  Cash In was a calculation and could not be changed.  With this update, both of these are saved with the rest of the goals for the calendar year and can be modified by admins.
    
      

Other Updates

• Security improvements were implemented to protect the database infrastructure of all HA tenants.  This update was made just before the Thanksgiving holiday and brought HA down for about 30 minutes.  Going forward, database connections and credentials are encrypted to reduce
