This version contains some improvements to specific features based on feedback from our users, "behind-the-scenes" updates and a major overhaul of the My Dashboard area.


Summary

  • Some minor changes have been made to the functions that drive the data displayed in the Summary.  Some of them were based on older formulas and were not consistent with the Leaderboards module.  The functions and formulas have been consolidated so that they display the correct data.



Leaderboards

  • Activities Leaderboard

    • The functionality of the Activities Leaderboard was not working properly for tenants that utilize the RingCentral API.  This has been fixed and it will now properly show SMS, Phone Time and Number of Calls data from the RingCentral API data.


My Stats

  • The Annual Goal Progress Report has been updated so that you can see past goal progress.  Users can now select the desired, available year from the dropdown, as pointed out in the figure below.  Prior to this update, only the current year's progress was available.




Chipboard

  • The user interface of the Chipboard module has been improved to make changing the data much easier.  The "Change Chipboard Date" area is now an accordion rather than a dropdown menu, making it much easier to use.  Prior to this update, there were times that the date picker would randomly disappear.



  • This module was also updated behind the scenes so that admins could properly configure what is displayed on the Chipboard.  Prior to this update, you could not turn 2nd and 3rd+ send outs off without turning send outs off completely.  This has been fixed.






Contests

  • No changes have been made to this module.



Reports

  • Hot Sheet Report
    This report has been updated so that it works with the new Admin setting for which interview types are displayed.  Prior to this update, only telephone and in-person interviews were shown on the hot sheet report.  Now, admins can choose to also have presented candidates show also.



Companies

  • The main companies page has been updated to make it easier to use.  The "edit" button has been removed and you now simply click on the company name to open that company in a new tab.


  • Added placeholders to the company area so that the page will load much faster.  Also, a Balance Due column was added to the Placements area with totals for the Placement Fee and Balance Due at the bottom.



Positions

  • The main positions page has been updated to make it much easier to navigate.  The "Edit" button has been removed and you now can click on the job title to open the position screen and the company name can be clicked to open the company dashboard.  Both links open in a new tab so the positions list stays how you had it. 


  • We have added the ability to split out presented candidates and also to delete them from the Positions module, as pointed out in the figure below.  Prior to this update there was no way to delete presented candidates and you could only split actual interviews, not presented candidates.


  • NEW - When a candidate has a split recorded on a particular position, all future interviews for the candidate on THAT position will now be split automatically based on the existing split recorded.  Users are no longer required to record a split on EVERY interview that takes place.



Placements

  • Placements List
    The main list of placements has been updated to make click-through functionality easier to use. The "Edit" button has been removed and now all of the click-through aspects of HA will be consistent.  Clicking on the Placement Date will take you to the placement, clicking on the Candidate will open the candidate in a new tab, clicking on the Position will open the position page in a new tab and clicking on the Company will take you to the company page in a new tab.  


  • Split Placement Details
    We have upgraded the Split Placement Details area of the Placements module to make it much easier to view and interact with.  Columns are now sortable and we have added a column of Split Percentage.  In addition, the Placement Value and Split Amount columns will now show a total.

  • Contract Placements
    This feature has been updated so that it will now work in conjunction with the invoicing feature of the Placements Module.  Invoices for contract placements can now be emailed directly out of HA and will show all billing and payment records on a single invoice document.  


  • Actions Tab
    The Actions tab has been redesigned to improve the user experience.  Prior to this update, all of the action switches were on a single, horizontal row.  With this update, they're now stacked vertically and the action content appears to the right rather than below the switch.

  • Documents - NEW
    The Documents section of the placements screen is brand new with this update.  From the Actions tab, a user can upload a document to the placement such as a hotel bill or other expense related the the placement.  When a document is attached to a placement, a new Documents tab appears where you can review the attachments for a placement.


    In addition, when an admin sends the invoice out of HA, there is now an area where they can select which, if any, documents they would like to include with the invoice and other files such as the W-9.  This new element is shown in the image below.



  • Related Placements
    This tab has been completely redesigned to make it easier to use.  Prior to this update, it could be confusing and the user experience left a lot to be desired.  Now, related placements will be listed out in a more familiar fashion.

My Dashboard


  • This area has been completely renovated to make use of the new Commissions module.  This is a private users area that contains each user's commission statement as well as information related to their pending invoices and placed candidates.  



Admin Portal

  • Dashboard

    • Company Ratios have been added back into the dashboard.  They were removed several versions ago due to slowness but we've since improved infrastructure to make it possible to add them back in.  
    • Add the ability to change the year on the total user goals area of the dashboard so admins can see company-wide goals for previous years.  Prior to this update, only the current year was available.

  • Auction Module

    • The admin component of this module has been updated to make auctions easier to configure.  In addition, Auction Name has been added so that admins can more easily identify the particular auction throughout the module.  
      • The Helping Hand/Bonus section has been moved to the main Auction page as a tab along with Auction Data.  The button for this section has been replaced with a button to the new Auction Items section.
    • Auction Items has been moved from the Auction Settings area into it's own section within the Auction module.  This makes configuration of auction items much easier for admins.


  • Commissions Module

    • While this module has existed for several versions, with this update it becomes an official, working module of HA.  Use of this module requires additional training by your HA representative and also requires that payments are added to HA in a timely manner.  

  • Contests Module

    • No changes have been made to this module.

  • Milestones Feature

    • No changes have been made to this module.

  • Personal Bests

    • No changes have been made to this module.

  • Placements Module

    • No changes have been made to this module.

  • Rankings Feature

    • No changes have been made to this module.

  • Record Holders Feature

    • No changes have been made to this module.

  • Reports 

    • No changes have been made to this module.

  • Settings Module

    • Added a couple new settings to the Global Settings page and created a new section called "Pacesetter Settings".  This new section allows admins to configure what the annual award trip is called and admins can now choose whether it's determined by cash in, billing or both (either/or).  Prior to this update, it was labeled as Pacesetter throughout HA and could not be calculated on anything but cash in.


    • There is a new global setting that is used to determine what is displayed on the hot sheet report, as pointed out in the figure below.  By default, only interviews (telephone/in-person) are displayed.  However, admins can now also display resumes presented to clients on the report.


  • Users Module

    • Added two new fields to the User Profile tab - Starting Billing and Starting Cash In.  The values entered here will be added to the user's total billing and cash in and will count toward their lifetime cumulative totals.  This is useful in the event that all of your historical data for some users is NOT imported into HA.  Prior to this update, the data had to be in HA in order to count toward a user's cumulative totals.  In addition, the Pacesetter Goal override has been moved to the User Profile tab from User Goals.



Other Updates

  • The Candidate Details page has been updated so that it loads much quicker than previous updates.  This page is not a part of a particular module and is 100% API-based as we do not store any candidate information.  Placeholders have been added to the page where API data is loaded dynamically.
