The Retainers feature allows for the collection of transactions that are not based on placements or specific positions. To activate this feature on a specific company, simply add a position to the company in your ATS and make sure the word Retainer is in the job title, similar to the screen shot below. Please note, the screen shot is for PCR but the feature will work for any integrated ATS.
To add retainer amounts or consulting fees simply create a placement on your "Retainer" job or position. HA will automatically apply the placement fee to the retainer balance for that company and you can then use that placement in HA to apply payments to that retainer / consulting fee.
