New placements are automatically captured by HA through the Crelate API. However, when a change is made to a placement there is currently no way for HA to query the API to find recently modified placements. In order for HA to capture your changes, you must make a change to the Job and save it.
| Simply clicking the Edit button and then Save in the Edit Job screen is not enough. Crelate knows when something has been changed and this will NOT trigger a change to the modified date. We recommend making a minor change such as adding a letter to the Description field, as pointed out in the figure. This will be recognized by Crelate as a change and will allow HA to capture changes made to your placement. |  |
