My Stats
- The Project Coordinator view of the My Stats module left a lot to be desired and had a few irrelevant elements. With this update, the My Stats module has been updated so that it can now be better configured by HA Admins to make it more relevant to different user types.

- The functionality of the Effort Score has been updated to make it faster and more reliable.

Reports
- Hot Sheet Report
The All Users version of this report has been updated so that it now includes a list of all of the placements made in the previous week and the job orders older than 30 days with no submits/resumes and/or interviews now have click-through functionality on the position and company. This brings the report into the format used across HA now.
- All Reports
All reports have been updated "under the hood" so that they use the most recent version of the code structure HA uses to create the reports. With this update, HA will now always use the most recent version of this feature.
Companies
- The company page has been updated to bring it in-line with some of the other module and feature updates. For example, if company settings have been saved, there is now a display of some of the most important settings, as pointed out in the figure below.
- Company Transactions / Payments
The company transactions and payments feature has been updated to make it much easier to use.
There is now a toggle switch on the payments modal that will allow you to select an existing transaction with an open balance.
This makes applying payments to company-based transactions much easier.
Positions
- The Position Stats tab has been updated to work in conjunction with the new Out-of-Process configuration feature. As of this version, up to 6 out-of-process details can be tracked on each position and will be included in the Position Intelligence Report when the value is greater than zero. In addition, the Trigger API Update feature has been updated and had some minor bug fixes applied.
- Position Intelligence Report
The PI Report has been updated to integrate the new out-of-process details feature. If the configured status has a value greater than zero, it will now appear on the report as shown in the figure below.
Placements
- The Invoice Details and Position Intelligence Report options areas now have "disabled" toggle switches in place of text to display the options more effectively. In addition, a new element has been added to the Position Intelligence Report section that will highlight when report options are set globally for the company, as pointed out in the AFTER image below. In addition, there is now a notification bar telling you if the Position Intelligence Report has been validated, as pointed out by the purple arrow in the figure below.

- The Edit Company Information modal has been updated to make it very clear when company settings are configuring the billing contact. Prior to this update, it was not very apparent when this was happening but now it will show you who the billing contact is and the fields will not be editable. Even updates from the ATS will not overwrite this billing contact.
- The Past Due Reminders feature of this module has been updated with a new configuration option for the Admin portal. Prior to this update, all Past Due Reminders were sent out using the same mail settings as the external invoice email used to send invoices to clients. With this update, admins can now configure separate email credentials or leave them blank to have past due reminders sent from no-reply@hireanalytix.com....
- Invoices have been updated so that it is much more clear who is going to be getting the invoice when it is emailed out of HA. In addition to the position or billing contact, the invoice will now display who else is going to be receiving a copy of the invoice, as pointed out in the figure below.
- The Email Invoice to Client feature has received a slight design update and improvement. You can no longer change the outgoing email address and name from the modal, as shown in the figure below. This prevents issues with the email being sent out. In addition, the email will be sent out as it's shown to the admin user, including the emails to be Carbon Copied (CC'd). Prior to this update, all users associated with the placement were added to the email before it was sent and there was no way to prevent this. Now, the admin user sending the email can choose which, if any, users should get a carbon copy. Also, the new Notify Admin(s) configuration pre-populates the selected admin users to the CC line, as shown in the figure below.
- Position Intelligence Report
The PI Report has been updated so that it is now integrated with our new Out-of-Process configuration option. Prior to this update, out-of-process information was not included as part of the placements PI Report and could not be turned on or off. There is now a toggle in the report options to turn out-of-process off or on for each report or you can set a global configuration option for each company.
- The Placements module has been updated "under the hood" to make it much easier to work with. Because this was one of our older modules, it was built slowly over time and the files that make up the module were scattered in the directory structure of HA. With this update, the module has been brought up-to-date with how we develop modules and features today and will be much easier for us to work with going forward.
My Dashboard
- Change My Password
This feature has been updated to ensure that user password changes are in compliance with our security requirements. Prior to this update, user password changes often did not work and if they did, there were no measures in place to ensure our requirements. With this version, password changes from the My Dashboard module will now guide users to make sure they're in compliance with our password requirements.
While we do not have complexity requirements, we do require that all passwords be at least 6 characters long. With this update, users can no longer set passwords that are less than that.
Admin Portal
| We have made some changes to how the navigation menu works at a global level that makes working with the Admin navigation menu much easier. With this update, the navigation icons have been updated to match the style of the icons used for the front-end of HA. In addition, we have fixed the user picture, as shown in the figure to the right. Prior to this update, this was always a generic user icon. |  |

- There is a new module in the Admin area called Logs. As part of our update to the login feature, we've added a user log that will track the login attempts and successes for all users and in the future it will also log other activities by users. From this area, admins can view the user, position, and placement logs.

- Past Due Reminders: The Invoices tab has been updated to allow for a separate configuration of SMTP settings for Past Due Reminder emails. These settings are blank by default which means it will be sent from the default hireanalytiX email account (no-reply@hireanalytix.com). Prior to this update, the Invoice SMTP Settings configuration was used.

Other Updates
- The login screen and it's related features have been updated to bring them up-to-date with other areas of HA. The "Forgot your password" feature was not working properly and if you attempted to login with a bad username or password, the layout of the page would get messed up and a message would persist in HA after you logged in correctly. All of these issues have been resolved with this update and this area of HA will now behave more like what is expected.
