Some of the major highlights of Version 2.3.10 are the upgraded Hot Sheet Report, the new Campaigns feature for PCR tenants and the new Value Report for tenants with an active staff of Project Coordinators.  There are also some improvements made to the invoicing feature of the Placements module and a few other improvements and configuration options added that will make things easier for tenant admins.

My Stats

  • The Comparison feature of the My Stats module has been updated "under the hood" to make it easier to update in the future.  This is one of the oldest features of this module and this update will make it possible to upgrade it for the next version of HA.
  • The Career Milestones modal has been improved so that it displays properly on all screen sizes.  Prior to this update, the layout of the modal was completely disrupted on smaller screens.  In addition, the dollar amount has been replaced with the Milestone Name.
  • The Date Achieved display on the milestone badges modal was showing (Invalid Date).  This has been fixed.


Chipboard

  • The Effort Scores feature of the Chipboard module has been updated to properly calculate the score on 3rd+ send outs.  Prior to this update, it was not always counting all of them


Contests

  • No changes have been made to this module.



Reports

  • Hot Sheet Report
    The Hot Sheet Report has been given a major upgrade for this version.  As one of the oldest reports in HA, there was a lot of issues with the layout of this report that made it hard to view on smaller screens and to print.  With this update, much of the report has been completely redesigned under-the-hood to make it more responsive and printable.  

    In addition, the summary is now configurable by tenant admins to display the stats most important to your organization.  The stats can be put in the desired sort order and assigned to the appropriate user types in the Admin Dashboard's Settings module.

  • Positions Report
    The Positions Report has been updated to be more flexible with the status of the position that can be shown on the report.  Prior to this update, you could only display a single position status on the report.  Now, there is a multi-select where users can select all or any of the position status options that they would like to see on the report.  

    In addition, this report has been updated to work with Crelate tenants and those tenants will see a Probability column in the report.

  • Placements Report
    Fixed an issue with the click-through feature of this report.  Prior to this update, the link to open the placement details was broken and on the individual user placement report the links were outdated.  Also updated all of the icons in the report so they're now the new, duotone icons.  

  • Phone Times Report
    The Phone Times Report has been given a slight design update to make the date picker easier to use.  Prior to this update, it was contained with a button-type dropdown menu.  With this update that has been changed so that it's contained within an accordion element that can be expanded/collapsed.  This fixes the issue where the button would randomly close on users.  

    In addition, the report functionality has been fixed so that it can be generated on a yearly basis properly.  Prior to this update, it was not possible to generate the report based on an entire year.

  • User Trends Report
    This report has been fixed so that it loads properly.  Prior to this update there was an error that prevented any data from loading.

  • Campaigns Report - NEW
    For PCRecruiter tenants, there is a new Admin Dashboard module and corresponding report called the Campaigns Report.  This report provides an integrated view of all of your email campaigns data and makes it accessible to all users so your team can review the success of other user's email campaigns.  This new report can be found in the Activity Reports section of the Reports Center, as pointed out in the figure below.
  • Value Report - NEW
    There is a new report custom tailored to tenants that have an active staff of Project Coordinators.  The new Value Report provides information about the work performed by Project Coordinators on all of the assignments they're given.  





Companies

  • No changes have been made to this module.



Positions

  • Fixed an issue with the Position Intelligence Report.  In a previous update, a file was missing that prevented users from being able to generate a PI Report from within the Positions module.  We have fixed this issue and Position Intelligence Reports can now be generated.



Placements

  • Invoice Configuration
    The Invoice Details area of the Placements module has been separated into two different sections: Invoice Details and Invoice Configuration.  The configuration options are display-only options and don't effect the contents of the invoice.  

    A new prompt has been added when you save the Invoice Details form that tells users continuing will update the placement itself and send a confirmation email out.  Changing the configuration options does not do this as it's only display options being changed, not the details of the placement.

    Clicking on the "Settings" button in the Invoice Configuration section opens the Invoice Configuration modal where users and admins can change the options for that particular invoice.  Please note that tenant admins can override these options on all non-validated invoices.

  • History Log
    The history log has been updated so that it functions more like other areas of HA.  Prior to this update, you could not filter the log and sorting by the timestamp was unreliable.  The row number ( # ) column has been removed and now the log displays the most recent log entry first.  Prior to this update, the log was in chronological order and to see the latest log entries you would have to go to the last page.

  • The Compensation Plan modal has been updated so that it has a narrative describing the configured compensation plan for each user.  Prior to this update, when the modal opened, it only had the name of the user's compensation plan.

    • The new Campaigns Feature is where admins can go to add PCR campaigns data for display on the new Campaigns Report.  This new feature allows for adding new campaigns and editing existing ones with new information from PCR.

  • Placements Module

    • A new tab has been added to the Invoice Settings area called Company Details.  This tab contains configuration options for the display of company information on the invoice itself.  Prior to this update, you could only remove specific columns from the invoice line items such as Candidate Salary, Fee Percentage and/or Candidate Name.  While those 3 options have a company-wide setting option there is no global setting that applies to ALL invoices.  

       
      With this update, admins can now configure global settings on what information goes in the top area of the invoice, including company address and billing contact details.  When admins save changes here, they will be prompted to apply the changes to all non-validated invoices or just to future placements, as shown in the figure to the right.

      Clicking OK will update ALL placements, clicking No will only apply the changes to future placements and clicking Cancel will stop any changes from being saved.

  • Settings Module

    • Global Settings
      The Pacesetter / President's Club settings have been updated to allow for a separate configuration for Project Coordinator designated users.  By default, their qualification is based on their team leader's billing goal but this can be changed and even disabled with this setting.  The value set here determines how this is displayed on the user's My Dashboard and in their compensation plan modal window.


    • Reports Settings - NEW
      There is a new tab on the main Settings page called Reports Settings.  Any report-related setting has been moved to this new tab, including the Reports Quick Launch setting.  There is a new configuration setting called Hot Sheet Summary Activities that allows admins to configure the hot sheet report summary.  When at least one activity is selected, the Hot Sheet Summary Activities Settings section appears, as pointed out by the orange arrow in the figure below.  This area is where admins can configure the order and user type(s) that should see a particular activity on their summary.

        The Past Due Reminders area of the Invoices tab has been updated to give admins the ability to configure the body of the Past Due Reminder emails, as pointed out in the figure below. There are 3 different email bodies that can be configured: the initial reminder, the 2nd reminder and all subsequent reminders. Clicking on any of the three will expand to show an HTML editor.




  • Users Module

    • Users List
      The users list options have been updated with a new tab for Admin Users.  Prior to this update, admin users were located in a separate area of the Admin Dashboard which was sometimes out-of-date with the rest of HA.  To make things more simple and easier to use, Admin users are now configured in the same area as standard users.
    • The Send Login Credentials button has been updated to make it more flexible and easy to use.  With this update, when an admin clicks the button, a prompt will be displayed confirming that the admin wants the user's login credentials sent by email.  Clicking OK will send the email and another prompt will display stating if it was successful.  Clicking Cancel will stop the email from being sent out.  Prior to this update, clicking this button automatically sent the email, there was no confirmation it was successful and even if the email failed, there was no way to know.  This has been fixed.
    • Settings
      The user settings options have been given a slight design update.  To make the Users Module easier to use, the buttons for adding users and accessing different user-based settings have all been split out and given icons with tooltips to guide admins through the navigation.  

      Prior to this update, there was a user actions dropdown menu and a settings menu but this layout was inconsistent in the different areas of this module.  This has been changed.

      Once you click on a setting icon, the navigation changes slightly to be just settings-based options with a "Back to Users" button all the way to the right, as shown in the figure below.



Other Updates

  • Candidate Details
    • Made some simple design changes to the candidate details page.  Prior to this update, there was an issue generating the view of Word document resumes.  This has been fixed and the Conversation History section has also been upgraded to be more in line with the other table-based features of HA.  
    • Fixed the Conversation History section of the candidate details page.  Prior to this update, the conversation history was almost always blank because of a variable error on our part.
    • Updated the entire page so that it uses the new, duotone icons.
