  • Fixed an issue where the commission/bonus statement did not load properly for Project Coordinator designation users.
  • Fixed an issue with ratios where the placements portion was incorrect.
  • Completely reworked this module under the hood to make it load faster and more reliably.  There were times that the page could take over 10 seconds to load and we were able to hopefully keep the load time to under 5 seconds.  
  • Added some improvements to the Ratios Comparison table that will make it load much quicker.

Chipboard

  • There were some minor fixes made to the chipboard including adding a couple missing chip images.


Contests

Reports

  • Activities Report
    This report has been updated so that you can now see all activities except placements, billing and cash-in/payments all in a single report.  Prior to this update, the activities report did not allow for position or interview data and for telephone API tenants it also didn't allow you to see phone time, SMS and number of calls.  

    Prior to this update, SMS data was only visible in the Messaging Report and phone time/number of calls was only available in the Phone Times Report for API tenants.  

  • Hot Sheet Report
    We applied some minor fixes to the Hot Sheet Report.  On the All Users report, we fixed the 30 Days or More with No Interviews section.  Prior to this update, it was showing both no interviews AND no resumes/submits.  On the user report, we fixed the First Resume and First Interview areas.  Prior to this update, the number of days was wrong and was based on how many days had passed since the first resume, not how many days between the date the position was posted and the first resume.

Positions

  • Updated the position stats so that the First Resume and First Interview columns display the number of days in addition to the date.

  • Added a new tab to the position screen called Position Report.  This new tab displays an HTML table with information about active interviews, presented candidates and passed candidates.  There are also sections for prospective candidates and candidates that are on hold.  To learn more about this tab, see Position Report Tab.
