Welcome to Version 2.4.4!! This is one of the first updates in a long time that touches on almost every part of hireanalytiX. While some of the changes were fixing discovered issues there were a few improvements, a new report (Position Stats) and one new feature - Customize Report.
Summary

Leaderboards
- Improved the loading speed of the main leaderboard and also changed how it functions so that the automatic reload is much faster.
- Fixed some issues with the Cash Out Leaderboard where it was displaying people with zero receivables.
- Fixed an issue where users without a profile picture would show up as a red X with a blue background. Now those users will have a "user icon" in place of their picture.
- Improved the design of the Pacesetter Leaderboard so that it better displays the percentage achieved on smaller screens. Prior to this update, the percentage achieved would sometimes be hidden on smaller screens or completely off the page. This has been resolved.
Users
- Fixed some issues with the display of the accelerator and other progress bar elements. Before this fix sometimes these bars would appear even though the user didn't have a compensation plan defined.
Chipboard
- Fixed some minor issues with the chipboard to bring it in line with the latest version of the engine that drives HA including some divide by zero errors.
Contests
- The display of contests was updated a bit to work with the configuration changes in the Admin area.
Reports
- Customize Report - NEW
Many of the reports have a new feature that allows users to customize the layout of the report to their personal preference. This is a brand new feature that only applies to certain reports as this is impossible with some of them. To learn more visit Customizing the Report. - Applied some general fixes to the UI of some of the reports including the Placements Report, Office Trends and Office Comparison Report.
- Position Stats Report - NEW
There is a new report available under the positions section called the Position Stats Report. This report is similar to the existing Placement Stats Report in that it displays non-sensitive data about positions that can be shared externally. The difference is that this report is not limited to just positions that have been placed on. - PC Value Report
This report has been updated to allow it to be run based on positions OR placements. There is a new toggle switch that changes the data generated by the report. In addition, we have improved the speed of this report.
Companies
- Fixed an issue with the companies placements list. Prior to this update, the total amount billed and payments due did not match up.
Positions
- Upgraded the Position Stats tab to work with the new Out-of-Process configuration. It will now display more than 6 options.
- Fixed an issue with the splits feature on candidates where sometimes it wouldn't save properly. In the event that saving splits is unsuccessful, an error message will now be shown in a modal pop-up. Prior to this update, if the process was unsuccessful, the page would just reload and nothing would happen.
- Made some "under the hood" improvements to the Report tab of the position.
Placements
- Fixed an issue where choosing a specific Placement Type from the "Filter by Placement Type" options resulted in zero placements being returned.
- Made some improvements to how Fee Adjustments and Fall Offs are processed in HA. A prompt will be given to the user who created either of those if there's an error when processing the action. Prior to this update, sometimes the results of saving either of those were not as expected.
- Improved how invoices are handled by HA in all areas including reports. Prior to this update, it would sometimes take HA a minute to gather invoice data but with this improvement, invoices now are flagged as paid within the HA database making pulling unpaid invoices much easier.

- Upgraded this module to allow for additional configuration of compensation plans including placement-based bonuses for bonus-based comp plans. Admins can now add an unlimited number of levels for placement bonuses.

- Made some minor changes to the UI for configuration of the contests and also updated the emails that are sent out for contests. Prior to this update, admins couldn't control how HA sent out the notification emails and with this change the person configuring the contest can now determine if/how the emails are sent.

Personal Bests
- The Personal Best Awards section of this module has been improved to allow for the filtering and searching of the awards. There was also a slight redesign of the ribbon across the top with an improved UI for adding awards manually. Prior to this update there was no way to filter the awards and to find one you had to simply scroll through the pages. You can now filter using free-form text or select a specific user/users and click the "Go" button.
In addition, prior to this update, clicking the Edit button next to an award often didn't work and there was no UI for making changes to the awards, if necessary.

- Added the necessary elements for configuration of the new Jive / GoTo Connect integration.
- Upgraded the Out-of-Process configuration so that tenants can have more than 6 options defined. Tenant admins can now configure as many Out-of-Process options as they desire to be displayed in the front-end of HA. Prior to this update, the limit was 6.

Users Module
- Fixed some issues with the display of the users lists. Prior to this update, some of the tabs didn't display emails properly and some other data properly. This has been resolved.
- Made some changes to the user data entry feature so that changes made can be tracked in the Audit Log. Prior to this update, any changes made to user data manually was not tracked and HA didn't have the ability to know what columns were altered. This has been resolved.
In addition, the feature received a design update that includes better use of the whitespace and just a general improvement of the user experience.
There is now an "Update All Columns" toggle switch that will allow an admin to override the update of the numbers so that all columns across all tables are updated instead of just the data that has been changed. This is helpful for fixing weekly, monthly or yearly data that did not parse properly.

Other Updates
- With Version 2.4.4 we are officially integrated with another telephone and SMS service provider, GoTo Connect, formerly known as Jive.
- We have fixed an issue with the Zoom integration where it was not collecting all of the SMS messages and voicemails.
- Added the necessary files to manually pull data into HA through the PCR API. Prior to this update, legacy data had to be imported via CSV export from PCR.
- Added the update_eeo.php file to the Manual API area so that EEO data can be updated on a larger scale for Position Intelligence Reports
- Updated the activities.php cron file so that it can check the content of emails and only count emails sent from the tenant's primary domain. Prior to this, automated emails were counted with transactional emails.
- Upgraded the emailing feature to the latest version of the platform that drives that feature. This will make future changes to how emails work within HA much easier.
- Made some minor improvements to the integration with Crelate so that placements are processed more effectively.
