Invoices can be viewed from the Invoice Details section of the Placements module.  You can preview the invoice directly in HA or you can email it directly to yourself using the Email to Me button.

View PDF Invoice

The View PDF Invoice icon will open the invoice within HA as a modal window, as shown in the figure below.  This option gives you all of the normal PDF viewer controls including zoom, print and download.  When done viewing the invoice, simply click the X in the upper-right corner to return to the placement screen. 

Preview Footer

At the bottom of the Invoice Preview modal, there are two buttons: Edit Invoice and Validate Invoice.  The Edit Invoice button will allow you to make changes to the invoice details right from the modal without having to go back to the placement.  See Invoice Details Overview for more information.

The Validate Invoice button, will mark the invoice as validated so that HA admins can send the invoice to the client when appropriate.  See Validating the Invoice for more details.
