Adding Project Coordinators to a placement is very simple and is done using the Split Placement Details section.  Open the placement the PC was involved in and click the Add / Edit Splits icon as shown in the figure below.



When the Add / Edit Splits dialogue window opens, the default Split Type will be Placement Credit. See Flat Credit for details on that type of split.

Enter the Percent Credit for the Lead Account Executive and then click on Project Coordinator as shown in the figure to the right.

The number entered in the Percent Credit area should be the full number, not decimal format. For example, 50% credit should be entered as 50 not 0.50. Do not enter a percent sign.


When you click the Project Coordinator checkbox, you will then be able to select the appropriate user from the available dropdown menu.  This list of users is limited to individuals with a designation of Project Coordinator.  


Project Coordinator percentages are calculated separately from Account Executive and Internet Researcher percentages.  Therefore, under normal circumstances the PC will be given 100% credit for the placement, as pointed out in purple in the figure below.  In this example, the AE is not splitting the placement with any other AE's, therefore he/she gets 100% credit and the PC gets 100% credit. 



When completed, click the Save button at the bottom to save the split placement details.  If you need to make changes to the split details, simply click the Add / Edit Splits icon again, make your changes, and click Save.
