This version is bug fixes and design updates only.  No new features/modules or major changes. 

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where some columns were not updating correctly when activities numbers were added manually.
• Calculation of the effort score for 3rd+ send outs was not calculating correctly.  This has been fixed.
• The My Stats module has been updated to be in line with the Contract Placement feature.

  • FEATURE ENHANCEMENT: Position Intelligence Report
    One of the major aspects of this update is the new Position Intelligence Report.  This report provides detailed information about the position and placement.  Portions of the report can be toggled on/off and the inclusion of the report with the invoice can be disabled all together.  Visit Position Intelligence Report for more details.

  • Invoice Preview
    The invoice preview has been improved.  Prior to this release, the preview didn't update right away when changes were made to the invoice.  This has been resolved.  With this change, the PDF icon has been removed, which previously opened the invoice in a new tab
    • Users can now validate the invoice directly from the Invoice Preview.  Changes can also be made in the modal window without having to exit.

  • Invoice Validation
    Validation has been updated so that an invoice can no longer be validated if there is missing information such as candidate or company address.  The admin button for sending the invoice out of HA is disabled if the invoice has not been validated.

    • A button has been added for admins that allows them to easily request validation of the invoice via email.  These requests can only be sent every 7 days and the button is disabled until that time has expired.

    • In addition to being able to manually request validation, an automated email will be sent to all users involved in the placement 7 days before the candidate's start date.  However, if a manual request has been made within the previous 7 days, the automated request will not be sent out.  As with other activity, the automated request is also recorded to the placement history:

    • NOTE: external emails directly from HA have been disabled on invoices that have not been validated.  However, users can still email the invoice directly to themselves using the Email Invoice to Me button and it can be forwarded from their email account.
  • Placement History
    The Placement History log has been updated so that it now will contain more details about the changes made to the placement.  It will now show the old values for each field changed and state what that value was changed to.  The timestamp and User are still recorded so that admins can see who has made changes and what they were
  • Email Invoice to Client
    This form has been updated to include a Bcc (Blind Carbon-copy) line so that an email can be sent without the client seeing who it is going to.  The default for this field can now be set in the Invoice Settings in the Admin Dashboard.
  • FEATURE ENHANCEMENT: Contract Staffing Placements
    The Placements module has been enhanced to better handle Contract Placements.  Prior to this update, contract placements had to be added as individual placements and were counted as full or split placements for the AE's and PC's involved.  With this new update, a contract placement is added once and future billing and receivables are added to the original placement.  To learn more visit Contract Placements.
