This version contains a new module called My Dashboard as well as several improvements through the entire HA application.
Summary
- This module has received a behind-the-scenes update that makes it more flexible for smaller offices. Prior to this update the charts would only display months with data in them. Now they will display all months of the year and show when your office has data, as demonstrated in the figures below.
Leaderboards
- Activities Leaderboard
This leaderboard has been completely redesigned to make it accurate and real-time. Prior to this update, the activities were not always 100% accurate and they lagged 24 to 48 hours behind which made it very difficult for fun competition. This has been resolved and the leaderboard will be accurate and contain updated information as it happens.- There will be an automated script that saves the Employees of the Month to your database on the first day of each month so that they can easily be retrieved in the future. Since the leaderboard is now in real-time, if a winner is no longer with your organization and you review a past leaderboard, it will show the winner out of the active users in your organization. However, the View Monthly Winners feature will display the results as they were when it happened so the winner(s) could be former employees and/or current employees. But the leaderboard will only show current.
My Stats

Chipboard
- The Chipboard module has received some design updates and changes that make it much more user-friendly on smaller devices and also more flexible to multiple activities.
- Prior to this update, Send Outs, Job Orders and Placements each had their own columns and then any other activities were bunched together under "Other Activities". Now, all activities receive their own column.

- BEFORE:
- The Chipboard Icons feature has been updated to now show when a user is a part of MRINetwork's Certified Professionals Program. As shown in the figure below, the user's certification will now show next to their name/picture.
- PC/IR designated employees can now be assigned to Account Executives which, in turn, makes those users Team AE/PC/IR instead of Solo. As shown in the figure above, users who are part of a team will be given a blue background.
- The bottom element of the chipboard where the "legend" used to show has now been updated to be more in line with the design of HA. It is now officially the Chipboard Legend and will show what activities each chip represents and also what the active icons mean. The last row of the legend will explain what the different colored backgrounds signify.
Contests
No changes have been made to this module.
Reports
- Hot Sheet Report
- This report has been fixed so that it properly displays last week's effort score for tenants with effort scores feature enabled. With the release of Version 2.3, the effort scores function required a few parameters that were missing from the hot sheets. This has been resolved.
- Placement Stats Report
- This report has had a slight design update. Because it's a new report we have made some changes based on user feedback. When the report is loaded, it will now default to the last 3 calendar years, as shown in the figure below. Prior to this update it would load data on ALL placements. In addition, Filter by Placement defaults to Permanent Placement.

Positions

Placements
- This module has been updated to work for tenants that do not use an API to integrate their data with HA. Customers without API integration can now manually add placements to HA through the Positions module.
- The manual API update on the Placement Stats tab has been upgraded so that when this is triggered, it will also update the Position Stats through the API. Prior to this update, to get all of the data necessary for a placement to update you would have to run the API manual update on both the position AND the placement.
My Dashboard - NEW MODULE
- This is a brand new module with this update and is tied into the Users module of the Admin Portal. Prior to this update, HA did not have any sort of front-end user interface for the Users module but with this update we're pleased to announce My Dashboard, which can be accessed through the user menu by clicking on your picture.
- This area will contain all user-related features that are not specific to the other core functions of HA. For example, the My Stats module focuses on user activities, whereas My Dashboard is non-activity user-based information and, unlike My Stats, non-Admin users CANNOT view another user's My Dashboard.
- With this update, there are two additional features of My Dashboard: Auction History and My Documents. All tenants with the My Stats module enabled have access to the My Dashboard and My Documents features, however, the Auction History is a separate module that requires an expanded HA subscription.
- My Documents
From this area of My Dashboard, users can see the employment documents associated with their user account in HA and they can upload new documents as well. The Admin Portal user interface of this feature includes the ability to delete ANY documents, including those uploaded by the user.
Admin Portal
Users Module
- Edit User Data
This feature has been updated to make it easier to add activities data for users when it does not exist. Prior to this update, if a user did not have data available for a specific date, it simply told you "No data available" with no easy way to add it. There is now an Add User Data button, as pointed out in the figure below.
When clicked this button will take admins to the Add User Data form where the user's name and the selected date will already be completed. Please note, this feature is available to customers with AND without the API but is designed to be used by customers that do not use an API to update their activities data. - Edit User Profile
The Edit User feature has received several design updates. All date fields will now use the date format set by HA admins and can be reconfigured at any time. This makes date fields more flexible for international tenants and personal preferences of office owners.- User Profile Tab - Personal Contact Information
This optional area of the User Profile tab is brand new with this release and is the backend component to the My Dashboard module. The information here is encrypted to protect Personally identifiable information, or PII. With this update, all PII is now fully encrypted in our database. - Employee Details Tab
This tab has been given a slight design change as well as a couple new features: Compensation, Compensation Plan, Certification and Associated User(s). - Documents Tab
This is a brand new tab with this update and is the Admin Portal user interface for the My Dashboard's employee documents feature. From this tab, admins can upload user employee documents and store them in a secure location where users can access them at anytime from My Dashboard.
- User Profile Tab - Personal Contact Information
- Users Module Settings
The settings area of the Users module has been changed a bit. Designations are configured at the global HA level and are no longer configurable by each tenant and have therefore been removed. Job Titles can still be configured at the tenant level, however.- User Ratios
This settings area has been moved from it's own page to a part of the General User Settings page. With this update, ratios can now be given a sort order for display on the front end of HA. - Comp Plans
This is a new settings feature with this update and it allows admins to create and assign various compensation plans to be used with the upcoming Commission Calculator feature. See Compensation Plans for more details.

Settings
- Global Settings
The Global Settings tab has been updated to make it easier to follow. There is a new section called Regional Settings which has a three new fields: Currency, Date Format and Date Text Format. These fields allow HA tenant admins to have more control of how currency and date values are displayed throughout the app. - Activities Leaderboard
The Activities Leaderboard settings area has been updated to make configuration of the leaderboard much easier and flexible. Admins can now easily drag-and-drop to sort the display of activities on the leaderboard. - Chipboard
The Chipboard settings area has been updated to give admins the ability to drag-and-drop sort both the order of the chips and the Chipboard Icons. In addition, there is now a new icon for the MRINetwork Certified Professionals Program that ties into the Users module. - Custom Fields - NEW
This is a new settings feature with this update and the feature is in continual development. Prior to this update, tenants using the PCR API had to have custom fields in PCR that matched exactly to the fields mapped internally by HA. While this is still the case with this update, we are beginning the process of making custom fields flexible for each tenant and giving tenants the ability to map custom fields is the first step.
