Before a placement or interview can be added to HA on a position, the candidate must first be added as a Resume Presented on the position. To do this, find the position in the Positions module and then scroll down to the Resumes Presented section, as shown in the figure below. Click on the Add Resume Presented icon to add the candidate to HA.
Please note that candidates are unique to a position so if you're presenting the candidate on multiple positions, you must create the candidate for each position.
The Written By field automatically selects the user associated with the position and the Presented Date is automatically set to the current date. Simply enter the candidate's name as shown in the figure above and click Save. You will be taken back to the Edit Position screen where you will now see the candidate in your list of presented resumes.

Manual entry of Resumes Presented is only available to tenants without API integration.
